We offer top quality and comprehensive services in the field of contract processing, too. We de-dust your products, work in flow aids and change their physical properties.

Whatever the size of your order, you are always in good hands with SternMaid. Our contract production service covers batch sizes from 50 to 4,000 litres – on average 25 to 2,000 kg. For trial blends, too, we have exactly the right equipment and the necessary know-how.

But it is just as important for the packaging process to be cost-effective. Our small-packs line fills cans and tubs, tubular bags, block-bottom bags and folding boxes in sizes from 100 g to 5,000 g. SternMaid can carry out all manner of different orders for filling or transferring powders quickly and simply. Sacks, fibreboard boxes, drums, big bags or a silo: we can transfer products from any initial container into any other, just as you wish. And naturally we will meet your deadline as well as adhering to quality and safety criteria.

SternMaid's range of services is rounded off by a modern, barcode-controlled high-bay warehouse where we can store raw materials, intermediate products and finished goods for you. For example, we make up premixes that can be called out at any time, enabling you to respond more flexibly to the needs of the market. We offer our customers a minimum stock administration service at the warehouse. In this way we ensure that goods are re-ordered automatically if the quantity in stock falls below a certain level. Of course we can also take on the whole logistics chain to meet your requirements: from choice of a forwarder through customs formalities to just-in-time delivery to your customers. SternMaid also has an open customs warehouse and can offer the inward processing procedure for transactions with third countries.
